Return Policy
Contact us at orders@shop-poppyandvale.com within 15 days to start the return process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase. Plants purchased in-store have a 7 day return policy.
We'll get in touch with you with instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc), we'll pay the return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns made after 15 days and up to 30 days may be eligible for store credit only.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
• Seasonal or perishable goods (holiday decor, food, etc)
• Personalized or customized products
• Original artwork
• Personal care goods (beauty and hair products, face masks, hand creams)
• Sale or discounted items
• Poppy & Vale gift cards
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item due to preference, the above return policies will apply. To exchange and item, please email us at orders@shop-poppyandvale.com, then place an order for the new item(s). Your new order will ship within 1-2 business days. Refund of the exchanged item will be processed within 2 business days of receiving it back at Poppy & Vale in new, unused condition. Items broken in return transit are the responsibility of the customer and should be submitted as a claim through the shipping carrier.
Damages and issues
We inspect all merchandise before shipping, but occasionally damages may happen during shipping. Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Keep all original packaging and contact us right away at orders@shop-poppyandvale.com. For insurance purposes, we will need images of the damaged item, and photos of the original box with shipping label attached. We’ll issue a return label so the damaged item can be sent back to us, and when possible we’ll replace it at no cost to you. In the rare case that a one-of-a-kind item is damaged, we will refund your original payment, including the original shipping cost for the damaged item.
