Shipping policy

Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated based on item weight and your ship-to location. All orders are shipped from North Conway, NH, and sent via United Stated Postal Service (USPS). At checkout you may select from Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express. Contact us directly to inquire about other shipping carriers.

Most orders will ship out within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. If an item is not immediately available to ship, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.  Poppy & Vale currently ships to the 50 US states, we do not offer international shipping.

Hold for Pick Up
Purchase items online and select “Pick Up” under Delivery Options at checkout.  You will be charged for the purchase immediately, we’ll assemble your order and set it aside for when you arrive. Include a message letting us know when to expect you, bring your order number at pick up.  Our storage space is limited, so we ask that all holds be picked up within 7 days.  Please contact us if you need a longer hold time, or inquire about local delivery options.  Our store address is:

Holiday Shipping
During the holiday season, please allow for an extra shipping and processing time. If you have any questions about your order, please contact info@shop-poppyandvale.com.

Delays/Storms
After orders have been picked up by USPS, we are not responsible for weather related delays, missing/lost packages, or damage incurred while shipping. Please use your tracking number to follow shipping progress with USPS.

Lost Or Damaged Parcels
We inspect all merchandise before shipping, but occasionally damages may happen during shipping. Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, if you received the wrong item, or did not receive your order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For damages or packages, keep all original packaging and contact us right away at orders@shop-poppyandvale.com. For insurance purposes, we will need photos of the damaged item, and photos of the original box with shipping label attached. We’ll issue a return label so the damaged item can be sent back to us, and when possible we’ll replace it at no cost to you. In the rare case that a one-of-a-kind item is damaged, we will refund your original payment, including the original shipping cost for the damaged item.

Incorrect & Incomplete Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that a correct shipping address is provided when placing an order. Rejected, undeliverable and unclaimed parcels will be shipped back to Poppy & Vale and any additional shipping fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer, billed separately.
